Creative meets academic,

As a mental health nurse educator & researcher, permaculture designer and a homeschooling mama I weave health, permaculture and learning into thriving ecosystems, practices and practical skills to make well-being, joy and resilience part of daily life.

Currently, as a PhD candidate I’m researching the integration of social prescribing, permaculture education and mental health care, designing & evaluating transformative programs that promote quality of life, skill development, social belonging and resilience.

My work is grounded in science, rooted in care & sparked by creativity.

You will find me with the ducks!
