Creative meets academic
As a mental health nurse educator and researcher, permaculture designer and a homeschooling mama I weave health, permaculture and learning into thriving ecosystems, practices and practical skills to make well-being, joy and resilience part of daily life.
Currently, as a PhD candidate I’m researching the integration of social prescribing, permaculture education and mental health care, designing and evaluating transformative programs that promote quality of life, skill development, social belonging and resilience.
My work is grounded in science, rooted in care and sparked by creativity.
